2 10mm silver jump rings
1-yard length of 5/8" turquoise satin Celebrate It ribbon
Tools:
Scissors
Round-nose pliers
Chain-nose pliers
Wire cutters

Instructions for the necklace:
1. Cut a piece of chain that is 31-links long and one piece of chain that is 39-links long.
2. String the following beads onto a head pin: rondelle, oval, rondelle.
3. Make a small wrapped loop above the top bead to attach it to the fourth link on the short chain.
4. Repeat Steps 2-3 to make six more beaded dangles and connect them evenly spaced across the short chain: links #8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28.
5. Repeat Steps 2-3 to make nine more beaded dangles and attach them evenly spaced across the long chain: links #4, 8, 12, 16,  20, 24, 28, 32, 36.
6. Use a jump ring to connect the first links together of both chains, then use another jump ring to fasten the last links together.
7. To fasten the necklace on the side: Pass the ribbon through a jump ring on one side of the necklace. Thread the ends of the ribbon through opposite sides of the other jump ring, then tie the ribbon in a bow. To fasten it at the back: feed the ribbon through the jump rings, bring the ends to the back of the necklace, and tie them in a bow. Trim the ribbon ends at an angle.
