Round beads are great basics to keep in your stash. Choose three sizes that are within 2mm of each other, such as 4, 6 and 8mm or 6, 8 and 10mm.

These bracelets use the Rule of Odds with beads in combinations of 3, 5, and 7. Keep that in mind and it's easy to change the colors.

For help selecting colors, turn to the color wheel or choose stones that have special meaning for you. A mixture of quartz is believed to increase the wearer's energy and insight. Or, your family's birthstones might make a great combination.
