Instructions
Determine the length you’d like your necklace to be and, since this is a multi-strand necklace where each strand gets progressively longer, be sure to establish the shortest length you’re comfortable with. Cut a piece of thread for the shortest length plus a little extra so you can make adjustments if necessary. Thread on your needle.

Run the needle through a size 11 seed bead. Pass the needle through the bead again, going in the same direction, forming a loop around the bead. Tie a knot behind the bead, securing the bead in place.

Place the bead inside the Hot Tip™, making sure the working thread is coming out opposite the loop on the Hot Tip™ (this loop will be used to attach the Hot Tip™ to the clasp). You may want to place a small drop of glue on the knot and bead before for extra security.

Using flat-nose pliers, close the Hot Tip™ carefully around seed bead. Trim any excess thread from the outside edge of the Hot Tip™.

Using flat-nose pliers, carefully open the loop on the Hot Tip™ and attach the clasp. Close the loop.

String the cubes on the thread, placing one 3mm sterling silver bead between each cube. Vary the sizes and colors of cubes, so they are randomly strung throughout your necklace.

When you have your strand done to the desired length, repeat steps 2 through 5 to finish the strand.

Repeat Steps 1-5, but this time cut the piece of thread a little longer than the previous strand plus extra in case you need to make any adjustments. Repeat steps 6 & 7.

Repeat Step 8 remembering to allow more thread than the previous strand.

When you have all three strands done and attached to the clasp, your necklace is complete, enjoy!
